Ingredients: Fresh Molokhia, chicken or meat broth, minced garlic, dry coriander, ghee. Method: Boil the broth, then add the Molokhia and stir constantly. In a pan, brown the garlic and coriander in the ghee, then add to the Molokhia and serve hot.
